FSAok AutoCopay™ is NEW! And with AutoCopay pharmacy providers can transmit prescription copayments and r eligible OTC Items for consumers, directly through the pharmacy system. Payments are fully automated, and your customers can use any credit or debit card, even FSA debit cards.

Consumers use AutoCopay to automatically pay pharmacy providers for the consumer portion of their payments every time that they pick-up their prescription or OTC item at a participating pharmacy.

FSAok Auto Copay is a cost effective turnkey solution for pharmacies and their patients who have FSA Debit cards. AutoCopay works for all pharmacies including those that do not have POS systems or for other reasons are not able to accept FSA Debit cards for payment after the new IRS FSA Debit card requirements become effective January 01, 2009.

Overview of the AutoCopay Pharmacy Program

AutoCopay is a cost effective solution, available to pharmacies in two pricing programs.

The FSAok AutoCopay standard monthly service plan is designed to meet the needs of most pharmacies who plan submit more than ten AutoCopay claims per month (that about 25% of the estimated usage by an average independent pharmacy). With this standard plan, pharmacies are charged a monthly fee and a small claim fee.

The FSAok AutoCopay Pay as You Go program is designed for pharmacies that anticipate a small quantity of FSAok AutoCopay claims. With it even submitting as few as three or four monthly AutoCopay claims have access to a cost effective solution to meet their customers’ needs. What’s more, there is no commitment to submit even a single claim. With the Pay as You Go plan, pharmacies pay a per claim fee if and when they use the service.

FSAok AutoCopay fees, including charges for the FSAok AutoCopay Starter Kit, are designed to be the most cost effective solution for consumer pharmacy payments. They deliver convenience for your customers, and are more economical for independent pharmacies than any other method of accepting payment from consumers who use FSA debit cards.
