How AutoCopay Works

Using a unique BIN #, claims are submitted as a CoB claim through your pharmacy dispensing system.

All pharmacy systems and switches will be able to accept claims.

To get started consumers will enroll in just a couple of minutes: at your pharmacy or online at www.FSAok.com. They simply register the credit, debit and/or FSA debit cards that they want us to charge to pay for their copayment claims. Finpago will issue a benefit ID number (like an insurance ID number) that will be used to process billing claims for their health care items.

After the FSAok benefit ID number is entered into the patients profile on your pharmacy system, you submit copayment claims to us after submitting claims to the primary payor. We adjudicate claims for the patient’s copayment and submit an authorization response. The patient picks-up their items, signs the prescription log and goes!

Each time a consumer makes a purchase at your pharmacy, they will receive a communication from us, via e-mail or a text message to their cell phone advising them that there has been activity on their account. Further information is available to them on the FSAok registration page.
