AutoClaim
By making it easy for your customers to use their FSA accounts in
your pharmacy, you attract and retain consumer relationships that
are the lifeblood of your business.
Finpago provides FSAok AutoClaim services for independent pharmacies,
chain drugstores, grocery, supermarket and mass merchants to take
the consumers’ work out of tracking eligible FSA purchases using
any registered credit, debit or merchant frequent shopper card. And
automatically claim health care purchase for reimbursement from FSA
accounts.
Consumers can link their FSAok registered cards to their FSA and
HSA reimbursement accounts. Once registered, the FSAok member need
only shop at a participating retailer to use the automated claim benefit.
Finpago automatically tracks eligible healthcare purchases and then
submits electronic claims to the consumer’s FSA or HSA administrator
for reimbursement, without the need for consumers to submit paper
claims and receipts.
FSAok AutoClaim’s uniqueness stems from its highly automated
‘opt-out’ reimbursement process, which automatically does
the work of preparing FSA claims unless the consumer chooses not to
submit them. With the normal – manual – FSA claims process
consumers go shopping, collect receipts and submit them with a paper
claim form for reimbursement. With FSAok AutoClaim’s automated
reimbursement, traditional shopping habits go unchanged. We separate
the consumers’ purchases, identifying health care purchases
among those that are not, so consumers do not have to separate eligible
purchases in the store, or manually circle eligible items on receipts
to submit to Administrators.
